I know that I have been slacking in my blogging and with visiting your blogs. Yes...... I undergo even got a few complaints from some of you...... lol! All I can say is that we are adjusting to the new school schedule right now. Thing Teen is playing two sports has practices every night of the week soccer games undergo started and volleyball games go away in another week as come up. Thing 1 has started preschool and is also in a very feisty re-create right now. I will be posting a few of those feisty issues in hopes of getting some suggestions. And then there is Thing 2 who we now also call "Thrasher". David and I are leaving this week to go on a very much needed mini "vaca" together for a few days so I am getting all my ducks in a row and trying not to fret about leaving my Things. Got of Gainesville today and headed north about 2 hours to the Jacksonville Zoo. I did not want to lug around my D70s - so I brought my trusted Canon G6. I bought a mini tripod that I keep attached to it for doing HDR photos. Here are a few examples of today’s expedition. The Canon G6 only brackets 3 stops. I set up the camera on Aperture Priority to the smallest F Stop which is 8. I use photomatrix to affect and end up in CS3 and go Ninja. I am comfort learning the process with photomatrix and I am still not 100 percent happy - not change surface close- but getting there. Any comments or suggestions would be very helpful! FINALLY... in the years I lived there...(quite a few!)... the zoo was rundown and couldn't drop to give the animals it had there. It was so sad. I couldn't stand visiting. For them to be helping the ecology AND an endangered species is certainly making study strides and I desire them well...
